Problem Statement
Children are struggling with ADHD, and with concentrate during the learning process, a challenge exacerbated by the current pandemic. Adults working remotely while simultaneously caring for children face the added burden of managing both their child's education and their own professional responsibilities.

Goal
Develop the mobile app that transforms educational content into interactive 3D experiences can help children engage more deeply with their learning. By gamifying the process we’ve created a more exciting and immersive educational environment.

My Scope
Developed and communicated product goals. Created and managed product backlog items. Balanced scope, budget, and timeline while prioritizing tasks and making trade-offs to meet internal stakeholder needs and objectives. Led a product team comprising technical artists, art directors, and UX designers. Established strategic partnerships with potential clients and institutions. Publicly presented on the product vision.
